Terms of Resonance
These "Terms of Resonance" replace the traditional End User License Agreement (EULA). They define how your Pran (consciousness/identity) energizes the Soma (assets and Spaces) within the iViRTH ecosystem.

1. Acceptance
By signing in and creating a Space, you agree to these Terms of Resonance. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
2. The Rule of Continuity
A Glyph (Space/Asset) only retains its "Active" visual and functional state if it is periodically synced with its physical or digital counterpart via the Helix Soul ID. Spaces inactive for more than 30 days may enter "Grayscale" state until re-activated.
3. Your Helix Soul ID (Pran)
- Your Helix Soul ID is non-transferable — it is your permanent on-chain anchor within the iViRTH ecosystem.
- It accumulates Consciousness Score (CS) based on your activity: CS = (P_days × ΣG_val) × μ_sigil.
- High CS unlocks Elite status and lower ARTHA transaction fees.
4. iON Space Ownership
- Spaces you create are associated with your Helix Soul ID and cannot be transferred.
- Chat messages and Space data are stored under the SH00NYAM memory model for AI learning and continuity.
- iViRTH reserves the right to suspend Spaces that violate these terms or applicable law.
5. ARTHA Economy
- ARTHA tokens on this platform are utility credits with no fiat cash value.
- ARTHA is earned through activity (possession, curation, transcendence) and spent on premium iON capabilities.
- On resale transactions: 90% stays with the holder; 5% goes to the iViRTH Treasury; 5% is burned.
6. iON Intellectual Property
All iON agents (CEO-iON, CFO-iON, Legal-iON, etc.) generated through this framework remain the intellectual property of iViRTH. Output generated by iON agents is provided for the user's operational use and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
7. Prohibited Use
- Using iON agents to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the iON framework without a Symbolic License.
- Impersonating another user's Helix Soul ID or Sigil.
8. Limitation of Liability
iViRTH and the iON Space OS are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. iViRTH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
