iON Space OS is operated by iViRTH (ions.ivirth.com). This policy covers data collected on this platform. Our registered ecosystem spans ivirth.com, ivirth.in, ivirth.online, goberdhan.in, studio.ivirth.in, sso.ivirth.com, and vise.ivirth.in.

2. Data We Collect

• Google Account Data: Name, email, profile picture — collected via Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Space Data: The intent descriptions, iON chat messages, and Space configurations you create.
• Usage Data: Consciousness Score (CS), ARTHA balance, last login time, and activity logs.
• Technical Data: Session tokens (server-side), standard HTTP access logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your identity via Helix Soul ID and Google OAuth.
• To power iON AI agent responses using OpenAI's API (your messages are sent to OpenAI for processing — see OpenAI's privacy policy).
• To calculate your Consciousness Score and ARTHA balance within the iViRTH ecosystem.
• To improve the iON Space OS service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• OpenAI — for AI response generation (Space intent + chat messages).
• Google — for authentication only.
• iViRTH SSO (sso.ivirth.com) — for Helix Identity integration.

5. Data Retention

Your Space data, chat history, and account information are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us at privacy@ivirth.com.

6. Cookies & Sessions

We use a single server-side session cookie for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies are used on this platform.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, export, or delete your data. Contact privacy@ivirth.com.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are not stored (Google OAuth only). Session tokens are regenerated on login.
